what is a zine?

A zine is a small-circulation booklet or magazine, often created by hand or using digital tools through self-publishing. Unlike traditional magazines, zines are characterized by their DIY ethos and independent spirit. They cover a vast array of topics, from personal stories to art, poetry, and music.

My zine design:

My Zein is called unseen as many of the photos I’ve taken have many hidden/unseen facts about them. at the start of my zine I’ve used more natural countryside photos, then I transitioned into architectural photos to show the other half of Jersey. My initial idea was to show some of the pretty places of jersey, however i then realised that half of jersey was built of buildings, therefore added some photos of buildings to my zine.
