A difference between Henri and William is that Henri is a observational and William is a confrontationist. Henri took candid photos of people and was always waiting for some thing to happen, he tried to blend into the crowd and fit in with others so he could take photos unnoticed. William took action and got up close and personal most of his photos were experimental and happy accidents or luck.

Henri Cartier-Bresson and William Klein and their different approach to street photography which can be described as observational vs confrontational.
Unlike many contemporaries, Klein did not believe in the detached observer’s role; he plunged into his subjects’ world, infusing his images with their energy and spirit. He often used wide-angle lenses, capturing vast scenes and producing distorted, dynamic compositions.
Cartier-Bresson often used a small Leica camera. This allowed him to move quickly and capture scenes without drawing attention. He preferred natural light and rarely cropped his photos. Cartier-Bresson focused on composition within the camera frame, relying on careful observation and quick reflexes.
