Tableau photography ideas and shoot

For my tableau photography I want to focus upon 7 deadly sins and capturing some, in specific I want to capture  a whole person of the person and in which they can.

I want to show more of a portraiture close up in order to show a close use effect and persona, I do although want to show more of the color of light in order to exaggerate the whole persona and sense top the image itself.

This image was inspired by envy and show the green  and snake around her neck are all placed there in order to successfully I’ve herself a persona. Furthermore the black water shows a deep tonal range  and mysterious and dark connotations of hurt .

I chose these images because of the vibrancy  in the color which I like and also how this is accomplished but the way in which the color and vibrancy allows a sense of persona. This image is inspired by list but in a more Modern day creative  way, the peacock feather allows a sense of calling or login for someone else. The positioning and composition of her arm also shows her low sense of security without someone with herself.

although in addition I also want to show the way in which the darker image more accurately show the darker side to signings and the whole concept of 7 deadly sins.

tableau artists

Ryan Scudded :Is a tableau photographer who’s works are highly vibrant and creative but not always in the conventional means of color. Chicagoland – growing, climbing, playing 1997 – 2003 – San Francisco – reading, writing, learning 2003 – 2006 – San Diego – shooting, driving, flying 2006 – Now – Los Angeles – making, lotsa, stuff.I chose his images because ei liked the way in which he captured a specific theme and scenario in a way in which is stereotypical and not heard of.

although the following work is not inspired by the theme in which I will develop I do think it is interesting and lots of good techniques that I too could use throughout my own work ethic.

I chose this image because I liked the way in which the photographer captured a persona to the person and a sense of action with the addition of having her self portraiture and furniture that compliment the age and history of herself. It could be perceived as a juxtaposition of adventure for such an older person and how her child like persona has not diminished throughout her aging. The light on this image is quite warm and reserved in order to take away the light that shows connotations to being young and so presents a later presents in her age and also how that compliments the atmosphere  itself.

settings for my shoot:

due to me being inspired but he 7 deadly sins I want to choose settings that work well within these words and have clear connotations to the meaning of themselves.

  • Lust.
  •  Gluttony.
  •  Greed.
  •  Sloth.
  •  Wrath.
  •  Envy.
  •  Pride.

for the following I was mostly inspired by the following three, envy, lust, greed. For the setting of lust I would want to capture a sinister feel to the image, having a sense of fair tail and how people are fuled with want and not love. While also having the connotations of revenge and darker themes theirs should also be themes of stereotypical love and lust such as using sheet and other people within the shoot itself.

for envy I want to show sins of red and fire and a deep hatred of jealously within the photos, this can also be shown with money and riches that perhaps themselves they are missing. for this image it met be effective if there is one entered person surrounded by many other people who possibly envy her, this would begin a movement and a large central impact to the images themselves.snakes can also be an accessory and also perhaps water with the following accessories surrounds themselves.,also possibly eating an apple again showing the fairy tale connotations.

greed is the final word in which I am own to use, this is due to the impact that I can use many old and silver enrichment and a crown and possess an over exaggerated feel to the image itself. I also want an interesting placement and composition for these images,so I would ;possibly use a bath and many colors in order toe exaggerate the bean of persona of luxury and money.

editing techniques for my shoot:

1)enhance the color that has connotations to the word itself, red for lust, green for greed, black and white for lust.

2)Photoshop more accessories or objects that are again related to what I am trying to create in the atmosphere.

This links to lack of identity in the following,The three sins that I am recording relates to how people become these people and how their whole identity  revolves around how others treat them and so how they decided to interact to others, and if they are envious and or anything else.

Final presentation Ideas

For this presentation I wanted a clear cut and also elegant presentation of the photos themselves, the sizing also compliments the image as the white is not too harsh so very suiting to the images themselves,I finally chose these two images to be displayed because both have the interesting illusion enhanced by mirrors and additionally the same tonal range and would both be enhanced with the same background color and cut of edge. I think the presentation of one being displayed on top of each together would work because it clearly displays the images both confidently and also creates a good demonstration of what the images are and can achieve.

This image is also more busy but works well as it reflects the busyness and also the hardship reflected by the strong connotation of loss of identity. I chose three and separate these into one harsh of the cutting editing and the second with a slow shutter speed and covering of the eyes in a. different manner which is effective. The black background brings around a sense of cohesion between all the images but the placing also suggests an interesting overall composition and dominance within the photos.

For the more colorful abstract pieces I chose black for the background but these did not successfully show the vibrancy of the color, due to this I decided on a more interesting white boarder for the images, which I just need to further check that they are all equal in proportion but this would also have both themes of the first and second presentation  within the final one seen here.I do think i could further experiment within this and perhaps lining up all three images to be in a line would be more effective overall.

I think this is a much better presentation, the harsh colours do not remove the attention from the actual images themselves and in addition you are still able to see the white boarders giving more of a shape. Also being in a line create a form to the piece and does again not remove from the vibrancy already in the image themselves.

Final Images from all three shoots

I chose all of themes images because I think in all their independent ways they successfully contribute to portray lack of infinity but have contrasting of both illusions, vibrancy and editing to make them all effective as a whole.I believe that all these images show an array of editing planning and developing techniques to make them all successful and demonstrate successful imagery within them all. I will though explore more ways in which i can edit them to demonstrate a larger range of techniques that i explored within my previous editing brainstorms.

displaying the images:

1st Display

For these three images I will  simply them upon one piece of paper.I have chosen to do this because I believe that the colors and meanings are all equally as relevant and would work successfully in syn within each own.For my display I will present these images all in large squares of equal proportions and then explore many ways in which they look most effective on the paper.

I think it would be quite dynamic and in keeping within the  vibrant tones if I gradually put the images from top left, middle, and then to bottom right, this slow diffusion would be unique and allow a dynamic composition to the piece itself. In addition I think it would be successful to use white paper with thin boarders, this allows a color that will not remove the vibrancy from the images and also not defect attention to a harsh surrounding color.Although these images are not all from the same shoot they all should connote the same successful properties.

It has become clear that all my images will be unable to be in the same proportions so i have experimented within changing my middle image,to an image that still has the same effect but would also work overall successfully.

2nd Display

For these two images I will again use a large piece of paper, but I will enlarge these images in order to take up half the space,Due to the same of these images being more rectangular I will but one on top of the other but on a long piece of paper so then reduce the size of the paper so it only has these two images them-self. I chose these images because they both use mirrors in order to reflect a confusion of identity and also have the same tonal range.I would also want to photo shop the first image above and develop a darker tonal range as it is too light in comparison to the second. For these images i would also want a black background as they too are dark but have a lighter surrounding edge so would still have a fine overall cut to the images. I might use a white boarder in order to shoe the in keeping light theme to the pieces, and this too might make a more dynamic composition.

3rd Display

For the final display I wanted to show the darkest tonal range so far.I am unsure whether I should use two or three, but think two images would be more equally effective.I want a more interesting unique way of demonstrating this piece.Due to this being very strong removal of body parts and any subjective demonstration of who they are i think it would be fitting if they were on a structure of hanging as this would well sync within how they are only seen as an object and not a clear demonstration of a person. I could hang them suspended and framed next to each other,or even further the ripped ideas and tear up the piece but still show the piece within a square that is the same size on the same piece of paper, this would be interesting as it is unlike both of the previous and would use the same editing technique.I will experiment within the rips, but if they do not work and do not accomplish an overall successful image then I would use one image and cut this into four parts, this is so it still successfully shows the division and then my presentations develop from three images to two and then one last one just  divided into four which would create an interesting display overall.I would also want to Photoshop these images in order to make sure they are both the same shad of black, over wise the very similarly themed images would have a contrast and separate the overall composition.

I Know have edited all the images so they are all the same size and so an accurate presentation of a composition.

second shoot:close up tonal portraiture final development and shoot

My second shoot idea would be a close up face shoot focusing on editing and tones:

aim;To be inspired my tonal beauty and a relationship within the vulnerability of facial insecurity and a lack of vision, also an unknowing of reflection and being.

editing techniques:

1)A substance to cover the eyes

2)Dissolving the image itself

3)Bluring the image over the face and also to create a sense of movement.

4)Poke holes within the image to create a source of light and lack of being.

For this piece I was inspired by the abstract and more hardship and lines within the piece itself, it shows a harsh lines and brutal ship in order to symbolize a removal of ability to see who they are and express and talk about who they are and emphasis that lack of identity.there is also a harsh contrast within the beauty and close up of the face and the visor and abstract destruction of the rest of the shoots. there is also a theme of negatives and how the images have and as if they are an outcast.

For this I was inspired by the lack of face and the movement of the nudge altogether,it shows a development of their personality and overall.I also want to show an interposing composition within this work so possibly using hands over the face to show an interesting miss direction of the piece itself. I like the way in which the face is still completely in connect and it is only the neck that is a somewhat diffusion of the body.It is very abstract  but still clear demonstration of lack of identity within a sense of confusion.

The overall composition of this piece is interetsing as it shows a grasp and focus only upon the body. The blur this time is focused more upon the face and a stillness of struggle upon the body itself, I like how the hair blends in within the movement of the face. The hands show an effort to grasp, perhaps in order to indicate a sense of release of wanting to hold onto something, perhaps a past memory or trying to grasp themselves.

I chose this concept due to the way in which light can be used to enhance the people and show an interesting form of almost censorship, the light shows a gapping within the images, the light does not come through their face but only surrounded themselves indicating the main centered interest and also a sense of their spirit and not surrounding on what they look like themselves.

Artist I was influenced by is:Taylor Chan

Sometimes he is said to experience a sense of disconnect from who he is as an artist, it is mentally clouded state to which he finds highly emotionally driaining .He is said to enter a state of isolation brought form his own insecurities,so his work is highly inspired by his won journey and suffering.
This photo to me was inspired by a lack of confidence and also ability to create something with colour and many actions and such.It is quite a plane image but still connotes struggle throughout the positing  and also the development of the loose style.
This is also the same artists for the image above with the blurred face so carries the same ambitions and connotations throughout the works sense of differing trouble and lack of power.
 This is my favourite piece from this artist due to the development of again how her body is covered and so develops into the background of the piece itself,furthermore her possession indicates themes of self conscious being and then also purity wihtin the white and in the somewhat childlike positioning;
This piece is more like a landscape piece but still connotes strong themes of identity and lack or trying to finds himself and his being; The sky is almost seen mirroring the sea  and how it forms shapes that always changing and about top collapse, Perhaps this is why he is walking towards the danger and unsuraty  of the sea because he himself does not know who he is either.
lastly this image is quite ominous and based around silhouettes to shows themes of possible abandonment and a self journey. The landscape creates a darker tonal range the also expands into nothing expect grey, this shows successfully that she herself feels like she is nothing and a metaphor for how grey is neither black nor white and is somewhere in the middle.
 images:

Here you can see my original images I wanted to show a simple composition in order to create effective centered editing.I also cropped many of my images in order to remove any unwanted shadows from the image itself.

best edited  images:

For this first image I was inspired by the first image shown above, it shows a removal of every feature that creates an impact of purpose, there is a sense of aggression swell that I wanted to show through the raggedness of the marks within the paper itself.

Within this image I wanted to show a blur and repletion of the face throughout my images and how their shadows and positions are the same and there is only a  movement within their face, this was inspired by the second images want to further edit this though in such a way that it clearly shows a forward movement and blurring of the face but in a. more dynamic method.

Here I used the image above in order to show a lack of identity  again showing a removal of the eyes but in a way of covering them which is not as quite sinister as the previous. it shows a sense of blinding them of covering them fro the truth in a way. And much like below this is the same effect of raggedly removing of covering up who they are.

within these two I additionally wanted to show previous editing techniques of cutting out and getting a light from underneath in order to highlight the holes and ragged sensation from within the image. The random marks allow a presentation of harm and unwanted areas that symbolize within the loss of identity itself. It is also enhanced within the slow shutter speed of the piece additionally.

This edit was unsuccessful,I wanted to connote a movement of the face and a sense of blurring but overall it looks more liquefied and not the aspect of  loss and movement that I was trying to portray.

evaluation:Overall this shoot was effective by using the original editing ideas and transferring those onto my own personal work, however i do not feel as though these images are the strongest out of this project even though they do show a sense of loss of identity throughout.

Final shoot:Projection onto body;final images and development

My third and final shoot will be a projection of colors and lights all over the body and face.

aim:To show a conceptual insulation of color and personality and a vulnerability of exposure to express within themselves, also the contradicting blend of themselves hidden within the background of the piece itself.

edits:

1)To show  a vibrancy and blending of colors

2)Transparent sheet with paint to show levels and abstract sense of movement.

3)A blur of movement added.

These two ideas of projection ideas allow a vast amount of abstract color and also patterns to form  a sense of structure,I chose this because of the vibrancy and how it could possibly be used to reflect a persona of personality within the images themselves. This idea could also be furthered to cover and or hide the persona within the light, this can be used to present the destructive idea that they are not seen or perhaps the  environment surrounding them is always moving and creative and they themselves are purely an observer.

This idea is highly surrounding more structure and form, much like my previous artists it suggests rope and being tied and  constricted not knowing of how they are and or made it be,furthermore the structure highlights and enhance certain specific arts of the face itself. These pieces also always have an interesting angle to the piece itself,to further presents and over exaggerate the use of the light, this is interesting because the position being highly centered and not free connotes their body attitude and as low sense of esteem.

This idea allows writing that symbolizes the persona and what they the, selves inside are feeling, this suggests their suffering and journey as to what they are going throughout, this can also be used to develop more tonal work within the portrait.

An additional artist who uses the projection technique was: by  Lee Kirby. who’s project is called ‘pro-ject’ and is clearly surrounding that of projection onto the body,he was inspired throughout when he grew up to become a passionate painter, with large influences form his mother.he then continued to study fine art in Norwich ,
His way of working has always interested me, creating a painting that resembles a photograph. Richter focuses on photographic techniques when painting, even down to how photographic paper has a sheen to it, which he uses in his work. After finishing a Fine Art degree I started to study photography. Three years ago I had the idea to try and work like my hero Richter but in reverse, this is when Pro-ject was born.

within this image I really love the The composition of all of the images, the colours used, the placement, everything. You get a real sense of movement and emotion when you look at these images even though you do not know exactly what they are trying to represent, through the composition, body language and imagery projected, you get an idea.I was inspired by the way in which he uses light and creating the movements within the piece itself,it shows a hidden figure that is  usual’s moving in a highly creative format perhaps trying to leave the lack of  identity that they are currently within. This is my favorite image due to the blurred movement, and also how the color is so vibrant and how this presents the idea to be freeing but still unable to see a face. The color only attaching to the body and not the background is also interesting because it allows a direct contact and vision of the project purely surrounding the human form and lack of it.

These images are very inspired by cars and a slow shutter speed attracting light shown over the top of the persona to symbolize how they are always ignored and again showing the technique of  blending him into the background of the piece itself.

So overall I want to experiment within the lighting to cover everything and then develop it to form the conceptual concepts of illuminating a persona underneath and such.

best images:

For this section I used an image of a strong vibrant 3d shape in order to successfully show highlight so lines segregating the face into pieces, used to symbolises either e rope of constraint or a sense of dazed confusion and categorising of people.

For these images I used a vibrant sheet of paper in order to show an almost space theme of colour over the face,This reflects a vibrant persona to which they do not share with anyone or how the space is used to denote a vast mass of unused space so showing a lack of knowledge as to what their identity really is.

Here I wanted to show a reflection go insecurity that the person has, covering thecae with negative wording of what she describes herself as, this was ‘you are my own’ and ‘breath’ it reflects an insularity of who they are, but in addition also within the slow shutter speed shows a confusion with only a four on the words and not accurately who she is.

for this area I had a large spiral effect that I thought would be further edited by the idea of a slow shutter speed, it shows a reaching out movement that has a strong colour showing a reflection of struggle and also, faces continually overlapping and moving showing an act of confusion of identity and lack of self worth.

For these images I used a mixture of multiple backgrounds to exaggerate light and colour at the same time, with the first image I wanted to show a sense of frustration and display how she is unhappy and capture many forms of herself to show the side she shows to people and then who she is. the second sheets highlight a warmth and also a clear direct view of the person and almost an evolution of who she is.

I edited this image by furthering the colour and making it more variant and circulated into specific areas. The composition of her grabbing her face also allows her grabbing onto the aspect of space within herself.

This image I chose because it has an interesting compassion and angle it shows due to the camera being onto that she has less authority and is controlled, the segregating lines also show  a sense of being trapped ad contained into aspects that ‘create’ herself.

I chose this image because you can see an emotion and a struggle within the images, there are multiple attitudes and beings in the image and you can see a focused sense of movement and also colour.

within all the previous three images I edited them by enhancing the contrast and adding more structure to allow more detail within the images.

lastly I chose this image because I liked how there is a clear focus on the face but then a distorted amount of wording over it again reflecting what she thinks of herself is overly too important, furthermore that is also a clear focus on the words next to the image itself, which cause a change of focusing dynamic composition.

Overall this shoot was a different way in which to capture loss of identity ink a slightly more colourful and perhaps positive way.Although I do think theses themes are quite far and I do not more applicable photoshoots and colours theatre less related to abstraction.

Mirror shoot Ideas development and finished results:

My first idea for the shoot would be using a mirror:

Aim:to emphasis the conceptual concept of no feeling and belonging, having no self worth and an abandonment of skin and bodies reflected. A misjudgment of self image and crack within how they see their own idealistic beauty.

within these images you can see the development of the idea to show a broken aspect of themselves and how they are showing themselves but only in small fragments as they do not have a whole identity. The hands further the interesting  composition and enhance the atmosphere as a whole to make it highly effective and creates an almost lack of body and perhaps being to the body themselves.

The broken glass idea is very interposing as it shows a repetition of the face and the broken glass creates an interesting pattern of the piece itself.the break also successfully symbolizes  their attitude towards themselves and perhaps the persona in which they carry.

Lastly these images are more to create an interesting illusion to the segment,it shows a lack of body and a sense of perfection to them looking into their identity as a whole.

I was inspired by these images  due to their interposing sense of composition  in interesting illusion when it comes from broken class repletion of the face or an absence of the body. The direct eye contact  and use of the hand shows a sense relish and connection between being broken and then a similar reflection of themselves.I wanted to also further look into artists who’s main theme of experimentation is glass.

Guilliaume Amart is a photographer who uses mirrors in landscapes in order to reflect a person or even a different segregated view of the scene itself. mirrored stand in various landscapes, reflecting the opposing environment back within the image to create a double interpretation of the surrounding scene.concentrate on the double interpretation of the landscape. He has the aim to produce a dream like atmosphere, and enjoys to suggest floating figures within his work. Within the mirror he is known to photograph himself in black so it is purely figurative but connotes a man lost within himself but still the center of the artwork. He is quite mathematical within his work and uses industrial aspects intertwined with more natural areas. The work is highly interesting and intricate and i would would to produce many of his works that contain people within the atmosphere as it demonstrates a sense of suspension and actuation within the illusion of actually being in the forwarded presented scenario.

This image is my favorite image from my artist, this is due to the interesting composition to the piece itself,It allows a completely hidden shadowed figure as a face reflected within the glass but then also behind the glass is a figure to add an illusion of someone standing in front and not as an illusion itself. I like the juxtaposing textures of the natural and then quite industrial dark tonal man. The mirror itself blends into the scenario and presents almost a frame of direct attention to the image.

My ideas are very reliant and abstract from the techniques, artists and editing techniques said above,I want a large create diversity to show an experimentation within the techniques and then the outcomes as a whole.

Finally overall throughout my shoot I want to be able to show a clear coherent blend of all these ideas that still successfully present a lack of identity.

possible editing techniques;

1)Make a print and scratch away the face

2)Within the mirror add someone else face or a black hole

3)Pulling apart  their body and a rip

4)Use a crack mirror ad repetition of the face

photos

:This is my best image due to the interesting and dynamic composition to the piece itself, it allows many reflections upon the face and duplication within the mirror that also have a sense of expression of emotion within the face.the lighting does not allow any unnecessary shadows and also allows for high intense light upon the face and the harsh diffusion of darker tones surrounding the image. The scattered mirrors and facial expression allow a sense of self confusion and defeat within the piece itself, so successfully showing many sides to himself and many ideas of identity that he is unsure about. The rigid reflection also allows a harsh highlight on themselves and purposing who their and what they can be.

This next image was inspired whiten just a hand and a face seen within the reflection , thought this was quite an impact stance so I wanted to further this idea and use red light to create a more intense and successful image to the piece itself. The deep negative tones allow a highlight on his face and ht illusion that it is only himself seen within he reflection of the glass. It also has strong connotations to that of a negative studio and a sense of history and time to the piece itself.

Within these two images I wanted a different version of looking at yourself and a different representation and angle. The first image is glass lined up on a floor in order to show the reflection of the face in interesting forms and angles being moved by how the mirror is paced itself, the section image I wanted to show a sense of  struggle whiten the image and how they too blend in within the background and can be reflected as unseen.

Lastly here I wanted to portray more interesting illusions whiten the face itself and how angling the mirror can cause a different view all dependent on the angle room which you look.I wanted multiple faces and representation of the person and how two sides to a person can all be very different.

These two images I chose because as seen as before there is a direct interest and question within the image of feeling and attitudes reflected within the deeper tones and self repletion of reflection. The first image within gun looking down allows a sense of unwillingness to know or find who they are or wants to be and surrounded by nothing and no-one. The second image I used a prism to show what looks like blur of slow shutter speed but is really used in order to create a duplication of the face within the scenario.

evaluation:Overall with this shoot i think it is a successful modification of my original ideas and allows more illusions and possibly stronger attachments to my other shoots,I allowed for my   colors to not be completely absent and still be shown throughout but also symbolize the loss of identity occurring throughout.there is not too much editing within the images due to me seeing this as unnecessary and the mirrors already positively create the aspects I was originally trying to achieve.

creative photography

what is tableau photography:

Tableau photograhy comes from Tableau vivant, it is French for ‘living picture’, is a style of artistic presentation, often shortened to simply tableau. It most often describes a group of suitably costumed actors, carefully posed.it is seen to be somewhat romantic and symbolic. It is meant to be short and dramatic. It is all about his the environment reprints a whotle sotry and as to how everything is put in a. place for a reason and everything has a symbolic purpose altogether.it is highly creative and can be used to present a scenario of more surrealistic ideas or even in order to create a historically famous artwork, into a Modern day photographic presents the Modern struggles presented  throughout the work. The key characteristics of the contemporary photographic tableau according to Chevrier are, firstly:

“They are designed and produced for the wall. summoning a confrontational experience on the part of the spectator that sharply contrasts with the habitual processes of appropriation and projection whereby photographic images are normally received and “consumed”

creative photography ideas :

For creative photography I wanted to focus more upon interesting concepts rather than  artists themselves. I want to portray many aspects of illusions that can be achieved through composition and further editing.Lots of ideas that I have seen that inspire me,are images surrounding water, and the development of color and the dripping of lighting and also reflections within the water. This can be seen within the following:The second Idea I have would be surrounding a movement of slow shutter speed, this allows a sense of movement that is create and allows a sense of duplication of faces which is effective.  There is also an additional sense of illusion within the work that allows further experimentation within reelections and editing to the images themselves.furthermore the third creative idea I have is using mirrors,in order to show repetition within the face and also to show illusions of lack of body or interesting angles to capture a hand holing a mirror which clearly shows a face.these were all inspire by my artists seen below.

first artist Aaron Nace:

Aaron Face is a photographer  who uses tableau photography very much in his work. His images resume surrealistic and used in order to show a more imaginative world and more expression shown continually throughout. is a self taught artists, who specializes his work by using Photoshop and using many levels in order to create an almost abstract feel. He said he enjoys using Photoshop in order to act much like a paint brush, this creates a free flowing feel to his images.

lots of the images from below are from an exhibition called ‘visions of whimsy’ This is used  to demonstrate a world in which there standards and expectation  revolved and also highly creative and surreal imagination and also highly creative altogether

I chose this image because of the light and how it enhances all the elements of the photo itself, furthermore it also presents ways in which magic can be repressed in a more realistic circumstance and also masculine standards presented and who he is and his contextual beliefs too.

I think this artists will help in benefiting my work because it has many abilities of imagination creative  aspects too enhance people and how their conceptual thoughts are shown throughout themes like their personality. The attachment within this identity is less to do with a lack of identity but more to be finding their identity in a surrealistic way in how represents them as a whole.I want to continue to show they are diverse  but within a more surrealistic way and perhaps less stereotypical and sad.

Second artist Cristina Otero:

she is a Spanish photographer and  a well known artists best known for her individuality within exhibited portraiture.she is the youngest of three and founder love and passion for photography  at just the age 13,this was due to the fashion photography  show Americas next top model, this was due to her being intrigued within makeup and styling and ways inward which lighting had such a large impact .she further specializes within close up portraits,she was exhibited at just the young age of 15 and this is what started off her very creative  sense of style.all her work varies very much, making no piece quite exactly other,but she does always have a strong continuation of a sense of abstract and creativity within makeup,composition and the coloring used thought out.throughout her work you can Clearly see a more gruesome and perhaps  more vulnerable she to herself throughout her photography. Although these pieces are not my favorite I can see how a sense of hardship has inspired her throughout all of her work.I have chosen work from three of her exhibitions in which I feel I could further use these creative ideas and as to what was inspired by them;

I like this image due t the interposing sense of medium on her face, which creates a sense and molding depth of field and a sense of interest and substance to the piece itself, furthermore the color gradually darkening successfully compliments the background and creates a mysterious and possibly sinister tone to the piece itself.the red under the eyes creates a color contrasting also draws a directness of attention also emphasized with the direction as to where her eyes face, the string itself allows the conceptual concept that she herself is stuck and show the artists cretaive ideas to symbolize a more dark meaningful representation to people.

In addition I was also inspired by this piece, due to the juxtaposing sense of textures and create a scorched sense of movement within the case itself, it creates an interesting tone of effect too as it is see throughout so from a way of exaggerating colour. This look was  a inspired by her conceptual concept of beauty standards and was in order to show a sense of everyday clown effect, and how it is a hunoures matter in which people worry about their representation within society today.i think her expression is quite powerful and it furthers the kind of the almost ragged sharp plastic covering hermit shows  strength and I find this intriguing within her work.

I chose this image lastly due to it being unlike any of her previously seen workout shows a sense of natural meaty within her work but while also having really deep tones that create a larger sense of persona to the piece itself. the composition  of a very strong close up on hr hand is changed within how her hand shows a sense of delicacy but also obstruction from within the rest of her face, again creating an interposing composition to the piece.

From her work ideas that I will use: I want to show a large divertsity of color ideas and interesting concepts that she includes in her work, such as power and also a sense of sinister toning.inspiration for shoots: I would like to do a shoot using light and string in order to create an exaggerate persona and connote a struggle while also showing an interposing conceptual concept and visual aspects. ,furthermore I would to focus on direct close ups on portraiture aspects, and also use this to enhance a tone and persona to the image itself.

This work could be further linked to the idea of loss of unity throughout the struggle and hard pressure that  are seen to be under, such as the rope wrapping around the face preeners the idea of struggle and also thatch is contraindicated, this shows how they feel lost and toed up within their emotions not known how they themselves are and almost use the rope as a metaphorical device that they are and unable to continue.

Final concept for photography:Loss of Identity

I chose loss of identity because it is such a complex and large subject in which many areas can be applied and touched upon.I want to represent a loss of personality and belonging seen throughout  how people are positioned and in how the images are further edited.

My first idea for the shoot would be using a mirror:

This is due to the effect that it is able to remove a body and emphasis the conceptual concept of a feeling of no belonging and having no self worth. It also allows an interesting sense of surrealism within the work.It presents an illusion of possibly other people seen within the mirror,or even a different angle or vision of herself,Furthermore it could be a simple reflection of the background which furthers the thought that she is nothing to how she is given to her scenario and ways in which she is not seen by others. Additionally the mirror could be used in order to show a repetition of the face through out a crack, this crack would also symbolize a sense of hate for her image and or how she is conditioned to look a certain idelaitic way and in her image she is not succeeding in this unrelatic standardized beauty ordeal.

I also will use the following editing ideas and techniques to further the ideas of loss of self worth.I might make a print and then remove the face as she is lacking an identity,I could then use this to be seen within the mirror and a reflection of her looking at herself not existing, and perhaps a reflection and to how others view her also working well within the mirror aspect These d editing idea would be a body image and her almost pulling apart her body, and showing a reflection of nothing.this was inspired by herself in order to try and discover who and as to what her identity  really is.

My second shoot idea would be a close up face shoot focusing on editing and tones:

For this I was really inspired by a sense of natural tonal beauty within black and white, and how this can highlight marks and tones within the face. The relationship enhancement of this shoot will be the following; stick paper over the eyes or gum, any substance that represents  a sense of insecurity and attraction from  seeing a reflection of who they are and what their identity really is. The next way in which I could edit my images is with a blur or an almost dissolving aspect to the images, this is done by how they themselves are seen melting away due to not knowing how they themselves are or what they mean. This could also further possible slow shutter speed photos done in order to show a face moving.the next idea is inspired by a more manual aspect,I would want to print my chosen photo and poke holes within  the image and allow the light to come trough, this allows a sense of persona and how the light presents who she is ,and is either dissolving or perhaps lost within all the gaps within finding herself.

My third and final shoot will be a projection of colours and lights all over the body and face.

I think this idea is highly creative and also quite subjective, it proposes the idea of an expression of themselves and colour and personality but Also venerability within the exposure of themselves. Not only this but the light and colours allow a sense of reflection of space.Otherwise I could use the projection in such means to blend their bodies and cover them, this proposes the idea that they are unseen and do not exist to people and blend in with everyone else. Finally these photos could be further enhanced throughout  a transparent sheet and paint over the stop, this would compliment the colours within the projection and also reflect a further sense of hidden identity,it also allows a sense of abstraction to the piece and a sense of movement ands struggle within the people. the pose would be very flexible and expressive, this is due to me wanting to create a story throughout the work itself.

David Bailey And Rankin

David Bailey

David is considered on of the best pioneers of contemporary photography,he is credited with photoghing such compelling images whit the last 5 decades .he became famous when when making new generation models famous for many impresses roles in order to inspire critics. He is seen continually never failing to impress and captures Manu icon images within famous icons such as the Rolling Stone and Kate moss.although he has a simple style is does not lesson his large impact go tones that generate their own light and personality to the people themselves.

David Bailey was born in East London,to Herbert Bailey, a tailor’s cutter, and his wife, Sharon, a machinist. From the age of three he lived in East Ham. He enjoyed his dads more creative fashion of creating something with power and purpose that also helps define a person in a style in which they want. Although Bailey soon developed a more educational love for history in which led him into photoghy, despite suffering form dslyexia and school being a highly troubling time for himself, he seen attended a prestigious school in which they taught him the basics. His children all later in life have too be surrounding thmslevs in creative works this gene is seen to run whiten the family.

He was soon contracted to be a fashion photogher for vogue magazine, and undertook many freelance work.he later became a swing photogher in order to cpature many celebrities photos due to them having a large self persona in which he could easily show throughout his own work.An unusual and unique commercial release. It reflected the changing status of the photographer that one could sell a collection of prints in this way. Strong objection to the presence of the Krays by fellow photographer, Lord Snowden, was the major reason no American edition of the “Box” was released, and that a second British edition was not issued.for his work he hs know won many awards, bsed upon excellence, and his work is now even seen within the partite gallery.

My favourite image anylsis:

I then chose this image due to the dynamic range id dark and light contrasting tones that further the appearance of the structure upon his face, and also the dynamic and interposing composition of how the hands are placed and then how this forms an almost frame two the piece itself, allowing every tone and shape to work together effectively.

overall I would want to use his work of framing  and angles in order to exaggerate lighting  and reflect a personal theme to a piece.

Rankin

Rankin is a photogher and has been for around 20 years, he was training to be a lawyer but decided that he wanted to investigate more around the create side of photo journalism and soon moved to a more controlled studio photoshoots.he know has many class renowned books upon the illusion of photoghy and how you are able to also physically change an image with your own self creativity. he attendedLondon collage of painting with to him was his optimal of fine art and found that their fisilities unabated him to achieve great accounts of photoghy and inspire him fornhis future career.

He then met Jefferson Hack, with whom he formed a working relationship. In 1992, the two decided to start a magazine together called Dazed and Confused after they graduated, this magazine was inspired  by many studio shoots further developed into such interesting designs full of extraordinary  photography . he always donates many of his success from his work to charity such as the woman organisation, furthermore has work is known to have change fashion and how it is seen and also developed throughout his own work. he now has many biographies  and sometimes you are able to see him teaching young teens like himself when he started his photography journey.

Within his work he also wants to be able to capture interposing people within a vibrant personality and not be condoned to only working on shoots in which he is paid. rankin has such diversity within each photo, he chooses scenarios and angles with suit the persona of the subject and does not have a specific style inn hich he sticks to

my favourite image analysis:

This image is a fashion based image in which he is trying to connote a-sense of unity of life throughout the vibrancy of the colours and ways inward which they are used to represented the darker tones but do not lessen the achievement of highlight within the image itself. the model herself is seen complimented by the colours and not overwhelmed in presents a personality of confidence which is suiting for a fashion magazine. furthermore her hair create a. juxtaposing raggedness that also highlights the darker red tones, this bring s an aspect of unity to the image. his conceptual thought foe this piece was a new intense side of beauty and how it can be shown in a large variety of ways in which I think he haw achieved.

From looking at his work I too would want to bring a sense of individuality and creativity, and not be compressed to a specific style of achievement. I think his work has such a large range of ideas and authenticity I could look at many different angles of colour and compoktionig that I would be inspired by his work.
