Archival Photography

Archival Photography compares the past and present, history and now.   Archival imagery can be historical images of iconic landscapes or landscapes showing a big difference in comparison to its present look and historical look.  For example, the object could be built on new land or have more of an updated look.  Here are some examples of archival photography below:

Shoot Analysis

I think that this shoot and the editing went well. I think that I could have been more experimental with my editing on Photoshop. But for this artist I was able to print out images and experiment with different resources trying to replicate Rhiannon adams work by hand. I really enjoyed doing this and I think that my second collage showed the progress in my skill, technique and knowledge of being able to study her work and then produce my own version of it very similar to her style.
