Open Minded: This is when people have no judgements of the genres of films and are willing to learn and try new aspects of genres as they can gain more knowledge from this.
Knowledgeable: This element means that you have prior knowledge about aspects of film and this can aid you with the coursework and also to be confident when using equipment in film.
Caring: Showing empathy, consideration and respect towards the needs and feelings of others. It’s important to be passionate at what you’re doing.
Principled: They act with honesty and with a strong sense of fairness, justice and respect the dignity of students. Also they take responsibility for actions and the consequences around them. They stick to their values and let their core values reflect on their core themes and what you produce.
Communicators: Being ready to speak out and share your knowledge and ideas about that subject, and to give and receive feedback to the audience.
Balanced: They understand the importance of intellectual, physical and emotional balance to achieve personal wellbeing. You also have to make sure that you balance the elements of the film and to not be biased. Its’s also important to be organised and manage your time.
Thinkers: They apply thinking skills creatively and critically to approached complex problems and make reasoned, ethical decisions.
Inquirers: People develop a natural sense of curiosity. They also love learning and this love will carry on throughout their lives. You must also to be able to research into different topics and themes you are using in film.
